Moses Pierce Kinkaid (January 24, 1856 – July 6, 1922) was a member of the United States House of Representatives from Nebraska. Government Printing Office. p. 5.〕 He attended the public schools and graduated from the law department of the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor in 1876.〔 He was admitted to the bar and practiced in Henry County, Illinois from 1876 until 1880 and in Pierre, Dakota Territory in 1880 and 1881.〔 In 1881, he moved to O'Neill, Nebraska, where he maintained his residence until his death.〔Kolberg, Persijs (1974).
